ARkid Studio quotes each 3D project on the products and deliverables it covers. ARkid Catalogue runs on fixed monthly plans that grow with your views: a free account to begin with, paid plans from €300 a month, two months free when billed annually. Distributors and trade agents pay no view fees.

01ARkid Studio

Per project, per model.

ARkid Studio is the agency side of ARkid: we build the 3D twins of strollers, car seats, furniture and toys, and every film, rendering, configurator and AR experience made from them. Each engagement is quoted on its own deliverables, so you pay for the models and outputs you need, not for a subscription.

Once a twin is signed off, it can be listed on ARkid Catalogue. Those plans follow below.

    3D twins, quoted by the product

    Each product is quoted on what it takes to build: parts, materials, moving functions and colourways. Hero quality for campaigns, web-ready for the range, AI-assisted retopology for the long tail.

  • Per project

    Everything rendered from the twin

    Product films, pack shots and macro renderings, hotspot explainers, configurators and AR experiences, scoped against the deliverable list agreed in the brief.

  • Built once

    Additions, not new productions

    A new colourway, fabric or accessory is added to the existing master, and a follow-up film reuses what is already there. The second project costs less than the first.

Every plan runs on the same EU-hosted Catalogue. What changes is the number of views included, the tools of ARkid Creator (the AI virtual photo studio), how many people work in your account, the depth of analytics and the support model.

04Distributors, Trade Agents & Partners

Distributors and trade agents pay €0 in view fees.

Distribution partners exist to drive views into the network. They should not be penalised for doing their job, so distributor and trade-agent accounts are exempt from view fees.

Brands carry their listing, retailers carry their embeds, and distributors walk into a buyer meeting with the portfolio already live.

Fixed prices, not a meter.

Per-view billing is the older model. Catalogue plans replace it with a fixed monthly price, so budgets hold and growth stays visible. And what the plan pays back is measured: our own A/B results are below.

Questions buyers actually ask.

What counts as a view?

A view is one consumer-facing 3D viewer load. AR sessions, configurator interactions and refreshes inside the same session do not add to the count.

What happens when we reach 80% of our plan?

We let you know and propose the next plan up, so a growing audience becomes a planned step rather than an overage invoice.

Which plan should we start on?

Free needs no credit card and is enough to put your first products online and see how the embeds work. Growth is the paid plan we recommend to start with. Tell us your expected monthly views and we suggest a plan.

Can a brand list and have retailers embed?

Yes, that is the network model. The brand carries the listing subscription; each retailer carries its own embed account, sized to its own traffic. Both sides can start on Free.

What if we need more views than the largest plan?

We discuss larger volumes individually. Talk to us about the views you expect.

Are 3D model production costs included?

No. ARkid Studio handles model production as a separate agency engagement, scoped per project. Once a model is delivered, it lives in your Catalogue at no extra cost.

Do you build custom integrations?

Yes, for enterprise retailers with specific needs: SSO, bidirectional PIM sync and deeper analytics joins through our API. Most retailers need only the one-line embed; see the shop systems it works with.

What is the contract term?

12 months, renewing automatically each year, with one month’s notice at year-end. EU-hosted and GDPR-native, with a standard data processing agreement (DPA) attached.
